Our Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is our goal at EASY DOES IT™. In the event that any unused product does not meet your expectations, it may be returned for refund or exchanged, subject to availability. All returns for credit or exchange must be made within 30 days of your shipment date.

In your shipment, you will receive a return authorization label with detailed instructions on how to send back any product for refund, exchange or reorder.

All returns will be credited with the original form of payment (i.e. on the same credit card). Your credit card will be credited upon our receipt of the returned item and in most cases your credit should appear on your next statement. This will depend upon the date received and the billing cycle of your credit card company.

Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
