Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Customer satisfaction is our goal at EASY DOES IT™. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event that any unused product does not meet your expectations, it may be returned for refund or exchanged, subject to availability. All returns for credit or exchange must be made within 30 days of your shipment date.

All EASY DOES IT™ purchases include information and instructions for exchanging, replacing or crediting an item. Your shipment will also include a return form.

All returned items must be accompanied by a properly completed return form. For your convenience, the exchange/return form is enclosed with every purchase. Failure to include this form will delay return processing.

Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip is necessary for completion of the transaction. All returns will be credited with the original form of payment (i.e., on the same credit card.) Your credit card will be credited upon our receipt of the returned item, and your credit should appear on your next statement. (shipping and handling charges can't be refunded.)

If an item is exchanged due to a mistake on the part of EASY DOES IT™ or issues of quality, the exchanged items will be shipped at no cost to you via Standard Ground delivery. (UPS or USPS, our option)
